Electronic and IT Hardware

GBET works in Electronics and IT Hardware sector in states like Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal. As per NSDC skill gap report, Electronics and IT Hardware sector has an incremental human resource requirement of 4.61 million by 2022. GBET has trained over 1440 trainees across 8+ locations. GBET has partnered with Bajaj, Panasonic, ITC, ASAP, Mahindra & Mahindra and Godrej & Boyce. The trainees were trained in different trades like Repair of Domestic Appliances, Hand Sketch Designer-Basic and other related trades of the sector.

Telecom Sector

The Telecom sector currently employs over 2.08 million employees and is slated to employ more than 4.16 million employees by 2022. This implies additional creation of ~2.1 million jobs in the nine-year period. To fulfill this incremental human resource requirement, GBET has trained over 7800+ trainees in more than 18+ locations.
The major partners for GBET are Mahindra & Mahindra, Reliance, Hindustan Power, CII-DFID, HUL ,TCL and 6 other corporate. The trades of training for rubber sector has been Customer Care Executive, Handset in Store Promoter, Work Place Skills (WPS), Mobile Repair Technician, WPS-Computers, WPS-Spoken English and Sales-BPO.

IT and ITES (Formal Employment) Sector

IT and ITES sector is contributing around 8% of total GDP and provides direct employment to 3 million people. The sector is expected to employ about 5.1 million professionals directly in FY22 as per NSDC skill gap report. In order to fill this projected employment requirement in IT and ITES sector, GBET provides skill development trainings to youths in this sector. It has till date trained over 9500 trainees in 18+ locations. GBET has tied up with corporate such as DLF, Panasonic, Gail, JBF, NULM, CII-ABG, CII-DFID, Reliance Communication and many others. The major training trades are Desktop Publishing and Screen Printing, Work Place Skills, TALLY 9, Domestic Data Entry Operator and 10 more similar trades.
